Forms for new connections
If you're a contractor or a consultant looking to apply for a new water connection, you'll need to submit forms (see below) to us in order to register the details of your planned water requirements.
Once you receive drawing approval, you will need to re-submit the same forms to us. This is a necessary process as your final design may change during refinement or as a result of our feedback on your application.
You can print the forms here. Once they are completed you need to sign and stamp them, then submit them online through along with the rest of your application.
