Why we’ve created our HSEQ Golden Rules
We believe it’s critical that everyone at ADDC understands the importance of effective health, safety and care for the environment. So we’ve created HSE Golden Rules, a list of 15 key safety practices that outlines clear standards of workplace behaviour, based on international best practices for our industry. We expect everyone, from the managing director down, to learn and follow them.
By obeying the golden rules, we’ll all be able to do our jobs without putting ourselves or anyone else in danger; in short, it will help us achieve our company goal of ‘zero harm’.
Employees and contractors who show their commitment to the Golden Rules will be rewarded through our HSEQ incentive scheme. Anyone found to be in breach of the rules could find themselves facing disciplinary action.
