Application for Permanent Water Connection

A service to connect a permanent water line to new buildings in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi (diameter is determined based on daily water consumption allocated for the project). The beneficiary categories of this service are residential, commercial, industrial, Agricultural and Governmental.

1. Building Permit.
2. Water meter box installed by customer (Photo of the box) or Wall boundary is ready for box installation.
3. Approved Water Entry Connection Point.
4. Clearance For Temporary connection/ Undertaking letter.
5. Other Documents.

1. Submit application.
2. Follow up the application with the concerned authorities.
3. Receive the design plans .
4. Follow up the execution of works with the concerned authorities.

1. Execution by: Fee Decision.
2. External Contractor (Non-LTRA) Supervision fees estimated at 20% of the value of implementation without materials + fixed delivery fees diameter of the connection.
3. Contractor of the company (LTRA) supervision fees estimated at 20% of the value of the implementation of the whole communication + the value of the work carried out and materials + messenger fixed connection by the diameter of the connection.
