This service allows an ADDC customer to register for Direct debit. The service is available for customers who want to register for direct debit. The customer bank details are requested and they will authorize ADDC, or their bank to directly debit the outstanding amount from their bank accounts whenever the bill is generated for their account. The service is available for all customer classes (Residential, Agriculture, Industrial, Commercial, and Government).

Channels For Obtaining The Service

Required Documents

Active ADDC account
Valid Emirates ID for individual accounts
Valid trade license\ Emirates ID for non-residential accounts
Sufficient balance in the bank account each month
International Bank Account Number (IBAN) from the bank from which the deduction will be made.
Sign the initial registration application only for the automatic registration method.
Sign the direct debit request only for the manual registration method.
