A service to connect the electricity line to various projects in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi with the commitment of the customer to comply with the laws and regulations of ADDC. The beneficiary categories of this service are residential, Commercial, Industrial, Agricultural and Governmental.

1. Open the case & create a Case ID.
2. Conduct design connection scheme and obtain route approval from ADM if needed.
3. Create the Work Order and route it to Connection Project Section.
4. Send Work order to LTRA contractor and generate Site Verification Report (SVR).
5. Obtain NOCs if needed, receive the material & execute the Work Order.
6. Determine connection cost, add it to Customer account and close the case.
