Your Internet Service Provider (ISP) or email client might use email blocking filters, affecting your ability to receive emails from ADDC. If this situation occurs, please find the help section for your email program below or contact your ISP directly for information on how to have your settings relaxed or removed to receive ADDC messages.
1. On the toolbar at the top, click on the 'Mail' icon.
2. From the dropdown menu, select 'Preferences', then click 'Junk Mail'.
3. In the 'Junk Mail' pane, under the 'exempt from junk mail filtering' section, ensure 'sender of the message is in my contacts' is checked.
4. Open the email message from digitalcommunications@crm.addc.ae.
5. Click the dropdown menu on the sender details.
6. Click on add to contacts.
Mark messages as Not spam
1. Navigate to the spam folder.
2. Search for emails from digitalcommunications@crm.addc.ae
3. Select all the emails shown.
4. Click Not spam.
Create a filter to whitelist email
1. Click the Settings icon in the top-right corner, and then See All Settings
2. Click on Filters and Blocked addresses and then Create a New Filter
Either o enter the domain crm.addc.ae of the email you want to whitelist in the From field or o enter the email address of the digitalcommunications@crm.addc.ae you want to whitelist in the To field
4. Click Create filter
5. Select Never Send it to Spam
6. Click the Create Filter
Tips:
- Do not enter email addresses in both the From and To fields as Gmail will only filter in emails that meet both criteria
1. Settings menu icon and select Settings
2. Click Filters and then Add
3. Enter a Filter Name Either o enter the domain crm.addc.ae in the From field, or o enter the email address digitalcommunications@crm.addc.ae in the To field
4. Select Inbox as the folder to deliver the email to
5. Click Save
Sign in to your account at Outlook.com and do the following:
1. Click the Settings icon in the top-right corner and then View all settings
2. Select Junk Email
3. Add digitalcommunications@crm.addc.ae in Safe senders and domains section
4. Then Add digitalcommunications@crm.addc.ae in Safe mailing lists section.
- In both the Safe senders and Safe mailing lists, you can enter either a specific email address or an entire domain
- In both the Safe senders and Safe mailing lists, you can enter multiple domains or email addresses
